THE crisis that has resulted from the naira scarcity has spread throughout Lagos, down to the Lagos State University, as students hurrying for their exams were not able to get to school, as there was pandemonium in the Iyana-Iba axis of the state.

As of press time, the riot is ongoing and the roads are deserted.

Due to the unrest happening simultaneously, at Igando and the Iyana iba axis, the institution moved the examinations that should have taken place from 8:30 am to 10 am.

Also, the Student Union, led by Comr. Adelakun Adeoye Moses, deployed the Union bus to convey students from Igando/Obadore to school for their examinations.

To ensure safety, students are implored to stay indoors if they have no business outside. For students who will be conveyed to school, the Student Union has promised to bring each student to safety.
