The Lagos State University (LASU), under the management of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, has welcomed fresh intakes for the new 2022/2023 academic year.
In preparation for the fresh students, who number over 5000, the non-striking Varsity introduced the use of TREKK scooters for easy movement of the students, in addition to the intra-campus mini shuttle buses, which cost just N50.
Although the ‘Freshers’ are encouraged to finish their online clearance and medical registrations, most could be seen touring the campus and making new friends.
It should be noted that some departments have already started lectures while others are still settling down after the upload of last semester’s examination results.
