STUDENTS in Nigeria's Best State University, Lagos State University, are in a happy mood as the Central Bank of Nigeria brought cash to the campus to facilitate PoS transactions in a bid to ease the burden experienced as a result of the Naira redesign policy of the apex bank.

Students who queued at the Buba Marwa Auditorium were allowed to withdraw money not exceeding new #5,000 notes and with a reduced PoS transaction cost of #200.

Some students, who were cited at the location, lauded the bank, saying this would make the transactions easier and better for them, adding that the cost of PoS transactions within and outside the school's Ojo campus has taken a toll on them.
