ACCORDING to multiple news sources, Popular music artiste Davido and his fiance, Chioma have lost their son, Ifeanyi.
The incident, which was said to have occurred on Monday, October 31, 2022, filtered into the news space in the early hours of today Tuesday, November 1, 2022. It was reported that Ifeanyi, who clocked three years just eleven days ago, fell into a pool where he was found drowned.
He was subsequently rushed to a hospital in Lekki where he was confirmed dead on arrival. His parents were away in Ibadan when this incident occurred.
Already, as confirmed by the Spokesperson of the Police in Lagos State, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Nigerian police have arrested nine people, including the nanny and maid in charge of the child.
Condolences have been pouring in for the bereaved couple across the country from notable celebrities, politicians and fans.
