AMERICAN singer, rapper and fashion icon, Kanye West is no longer in the billionaire's club, after he was stripped of his deal with the popular clothing brand, Adidas.
The incident happened after the controversial artist made a tweet that didn't sit well with fans and companies which he had an agreement with.
In a now-deleted tweet, he said, “When I wake up, I’m about to go Death Con on Jewish people.”
It appears that his terminated contract has now reduced him to a millionaire, as Forbes has released his new net worth of about $400 million which a couple of months ago was $1.3Billion
Forbes says that Kanye’s riches are now coming from a select few sources. These include real estate, liquid cash, his music catalogue, and a 5% stake in his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian‘s Skims brand.
Some of the top brands who have terminated their contract with him include Adidas, Balenciaga, Gap, and many more.
