The students are insisting that the Management conforms to the NUC directive and shut down the school from February 22 to March 14, expressing concerns over insecurity and violence.

Also, the Student Union led by Comr. Adelakun Adeoye Moses deployed the Union bus to convey students from Igando/Obadore to school for their examinations.

At the end of the event, two lucky students (female and male) went home with a cash gift of #5,000 from WOGEFI.

The resolution was made during an emergency meeting of the University's Senate.

Although societal pressure has contributed to early marriage, a family therapist advises thus, “getting married when you’re too young could result in divorce and waiting too long could be just as problematic.”

The objective of the show is to stem the tide of corrupt practices on the campuses, to recruit university students and other members of the university community as anti-corruption campaign champions, and to raise the awareness level of the university community against corruption.
